Children's Program

Listen up! Did you know that people with hearing impairments can also enjoy music?

Beat the Silence strikes again at the beginning of March 2025: With an inclusive cultural program for young and old, we are sending a strong message for acoustic accessibility and cultural participation.

On March 2nd, children will be taken on an adventurous journey with the bilingual children's musical theatre production "The Forest Gnome Flies to Oman." Afterwards, there will be workshops on body percussion and playing with language. The event concludes with the reading "Josch the Frog (King) - a non-fairy tale," which will be presented in an accessible and visually engaging way through sign language, light effects, and live drawings.

On March 3rd, World Hearing Day, an inclusive concert will be the focus:

Both days of the event offer interpretation in Austrian Sign Language. On March 3rd, an induction loop system and written interpretation will also be available.

Note : All events on this day will be held interpreted into Austrian Sign Language (ÖGS).

Tickets : To make cultural events as accessible as possible for our young audience, each participant pays what they can and want = "Pay as you wish"
